About Us

 

Maureen Aquino, CPA and owner of Aquino Accounting & Consulting, serves as outsourced controller for her clients’ small businesses in Eastern Montgomery County and Bucks County, PA.  In her more than 20 years of experience, she has helped clients improve cash flow, designed the perfect reports that streamline workflow, maintained accurate sets of books, and helped clients get fully organized to peak efficiency in their businesses.

 

Maureen works with clients in multiple industries.  Here are just a few of the industries that Maureen has experience with:  construction including all forms of subcontractors, paving, landscaping, safety equipment and supply, law firms, website design, graphic artists, and many more.

 

Many of Maureen’s clients are located in Fort Washington, Willow Grove, Horsham, Doylestown, Warrington, Warminster, and many other surrounding towns in Pennsylvania.  However, since Maureen offers both onsite and remote services, she also has clients in other states, such as New Jersey and California.

 

Prior to starting her company Maureen spent 10 years serving as controller for a construction company and three and a half years in public accounting.  While working for the construction company, she molded her department into peak productivity and began helping the President with other areas of the business, such as estimating and planning.

 

Maureen earned a BBA in Accounting from Temple University.  She lives with her husband and two teenage boys in Dresher, PA.  When she is not working, you’ll find her at a theme park riding the rollercoasters with her family, in a Spinning class, or baking cookies.
